This is where my work is converging right now.

Building entity infrastructure for B2B enterprises across Southeast Asia. The premise: if your company doesn't appear in ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity responses, you are invisible to the next generation of decision-makers. I'm building the methodology and the case studies to prove it.

This is becoming the core layer. Everything else either feeds it, or tests it.

Running pump system projects across West Java through Witanabe and Arsindo. Currently on active field surveys for industrial tank inspection and maintenance projects. This is where the engineering side feeds real proof into the system.

Writing. Finishing edits on Dibuat Pakai Tangan, Dijual Pakai Algoritma, a book about what happens when craft economics collides with platform economics. Written from the perspective of someone who has operated both sides. The book is also a case study in entity-driven publishing.

Training government teams in Bogor Regency on digital marketing and creative economy strategy. Ongoing work through Kabekraf and Kadin. This is where the methodology gets stress-tested outside the private sector.

Building this site. hibranwar.com is being built as a permanent practitioner log. Not a project with a completion state, but an infrastructure node that compounds over time.
